Joyce Allen is the wife of Pastor Raymond Allen of the Galilee Church of God In Christ. She is the mother of one son, two granddaughters and one great grandson. Lady Joyce is a native of Dallas, Texas residing in the Carrollton area for the last nine years. She worked in the Special Education field for three years. Then she moved to the Department of Administration for 35 years as a Computerized Records Controller before retiring from the Dallas Independent School District. Lady Joyce graduated from L. G. Pinkston High School and after graduation, she attended Brookhaven Junior College at Richland College of Dallas, Texas and Eastfield College of Mesquite, Texas.Her special attribute is being known as a motivator to women in the church, as well as helping her husband build a loving and strong congregation to let people know that Jesus is real!
Cynthia Glenn is the President of Operations for Q.U.E.E.N.S (Quickly Understanding Every Experience Navigates Success) foundation, which is in honor of her late mother, Queen Esther Gipson. She was born in Dallas, TX and has remained in Dallas County her whole life. She is a wife of 30 years, a mother of three children, and grandmother of two princesses. Cynthia graduated from South Oak Cliff High School, class of 1978. She was a teen mother, who turned her situation into a positive outcome. Cynthia worked hard as a single mother and worked through many adversities along her adulthood journey. Being employed with a major finance company for 20 years
Superintendent, and later on to be his Assistant Pastor. It was before the passing of Superintendent R. Hunter on April 6, 2016 that Pastor Allen was then appointed as the pastor of Galilee Church of God In Christ.

she plans to retire in 5 years. At the age of 50, Cynthia decided to go back to college and obtained her degree in Accounting at University of Phoenix. Cynthia has been the owner and operator of her own tax consultant business, Heaven Cyn't Tax Services, for 9 years and counting. She has held a position as the President of the Children and Youth Department at Galilee Church of God In Christ for over 20 years. She has personal experience with educating, mentoring, and supporting young women with various emotional and mental issues. Her passion is to empower and encourage teen parents that success is promised to all whom apply themselves, stay focused and have confidence in their plan. Cynthia's goals are to fully invest and support the vision of Q.U.E.E.N.S. Foundation to secure a healthy life for the mothers and children, using the same values and example that were instilled in her by her mother Queen Gipson.

Pastor Raymond Allen of the Galilee Church of God In Christ is the husband of First Lady Joyce Allen. He is the father of one son and the grandfather of two granddaughters and one great grandson. Pastor Allen was born in Dallas, Texas and has lived there all his life. His work career had been with the Chrysler Corporation since he graduated from high school. After 35 years of working for this corporation, Pastor Allen retired. Most of his life has been dedicated to the doing the Lord's work. He was mentored by the Late Superintendent R. Hunter until he was appointed as the Sunday School teacher. He was later ordained as an elder through the Church of God In Christ, Inc. Supt. Hunter then assigned Pastor Allen to be the Sunday School

Ausha Millner graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management. She worked throughout her undergraduate studies as an Accounts Payable and Financial Accounting Clerk, where she was responsible for a number of financial accounting related tasks. Currently, Ms. Millner serves as an Internal Auditor and Accounts Payable Manager for Suntex Ventures. In this role, she is responsible for creating and maintaining the delegation of authority, identifying control and process weaknesses, and the development, documentation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedure for the company.
